Avocado Toast
Ingredients:
2 slices of bread*
1 avocado
2/3 cup of cottage cheese (any percentage will do)
Drizzle of olive oil
Kosher salt to taste
Crushed red pepper flakes to taste
Directions:
Toast the bread.
Cut the avocado in half, peel off the skin, and thinly slice it.
Spread 1/3 cup of cottage cheese on each piece of toast.
Add a thinly sliced avocado half to both toasts on top of the cottage cheese.
Add some pickled onions, however many you like on top of the sliced avocado.
Then add little dollops of zhoug all over the toasts.
Drizzle with olive oil.
Sprinkle salt and red pepper flakes to taste.
Enjoy!

*Use gluten-free bread to make it gluten-free.
